CC Road from Center to Kothuru Bazar

I don't know how to explain the present situation of the road.  Good news is starting the CC road work, The bad news is due to rains the road become very mud. Due to mud walking on the road is very hard for every one. Is this correct time for work or not comment here. Thank you.
